1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrooLive, a live-streaming and e-commerce platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Vendor account, or 13 years old to create a User account. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account and for keeping your password secure.

3. Purchasing and Vendors

TrooLive acts as a venue for independent sellers (Vendors) to list and broadcast their products. We process payments securely, but disputes regarding item quality, shipping delays, or refunds are primarily between the Buyer and the Vendor, governed by individual Vendor policies.

4. Content Guidelines

When participating in live chat or broadcasting via TrooLive, you must not broadcast or type illegal, abusive, copyrighted, or sexually explicit material. TrooLive reserves the right to terminate accounts and streams instantly that violate these conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

TrooLive provides the platform "as-is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming, error-free operations, or absolute security. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
